Baigwell, the Brownie of Carskiey

Carskiey, Southend, Kintyre

Undated

The manservant had shown disrespect and was beaten by an invisible arm with a stick all the way home from a crossroads at Carskiey. At the funeral of the old laird the brownie is said to have taken the laird's own pony cart and led the whole procession to the cemetery with no driver. The name is given as Baigwell. I found no earlier source.
