The Blue Light at the Dropping Cave

Dropping Cave, Cromarty

Traditional; told by Miller in 1835

The cave is named for water dripping through its roof. Miller connects it with a tradition that a passage ran through to Navity, three miles off. See the records for Willie Millar's exploration and for Fiddler's Well, which come from the same chapter.
