Neasden, whose name means nose-shaped hill, was once called the loneliest village in London and is now part of the London Borough of Brent. Londonist's borough-by-borough ghost series picked a Neasden church story for Brent, taking it from the book Walking Haunted London.
According to that account, the churchyard of St Mary's Church on Neasden Lane is haunted by a jovial monk in black robes. A spectral priest is said to cause annoyance to everyone by regularly rattling the vestry door handle.
Nothing further is given: no date for the sightings, no witness, and no explanation of who the monk and priest might be. It is a short, traditional account from a published ghost walk guide. Note that the church of St Mary on Neasden Lane is the parish church of Willesden, so this is likely the same building as the Willesden shrine entry, and the pin is placed on the church.
