Hauntings

The White Lady of Rheola

Rheola estate, near Resolven, Vale of Neath

The Great British Ghost Tour, citing Peter Underwood, says simply that the grounds of Rheola are said to be haunted by a white lady.

No name, date or witness is given, and no origin story. White ladies attach themselves readily to old gentry estates like this one.

It is kept as one of several thin white lady reports from the Vale of Neath gentry houses, along with those at the Gnoll and Aberpergwm.

Rheola House and its grounds are private; parts can be seen from public roads and the Neath canal area.
