Linskill's 1926 Ghost Tour of St Andrews

St Andrews town centre and cathedral

1926 route; stories from the 1870s to 1921

The blog summary says the tour was documented in Linskill's own scrapbooks. Linskill described himself on the title page as Dean of Guild, and the fourth edition of his ghost stories came out in 1921. He wrote as a sceptic who says he never saw a ghost.

The tour record shows the stories were already a walking attraction a century ago. It is a documentation entry about the tradition, not a claim that any ghost exists.
