Buchan: Pennan to Deer Abbey

A drive through the Buchan coast and hinterland. It starts at Pennan and Kinnaird Head at Fraserburgh, goes inland to Mormond Hill and Aikey Brae, where Thomas the Rhymer is said to have cursed a Cummin earl, and ends at Old Deer and the abbey ruins.
