Robinson's Bar and the Titanic Relics

Robinson's Bar, Great Victoria Street, Belfast

Undated

Robinson's opened in 1895 and its owners display a collection of artefacts connected with the Titanic, which was built in Belfast. Spirited Isle says staff and patrons report cold spots that develop suddenly in an otherwise warm pub, and that a mysterious figure, believed to be the ship's captain, has been seen.

This is a tale told about a collection, with no named witness or date. It is recorded here because it shows how the Titanic has become a source of local ghost stories in Belfast, and with respect for the real people who died in 1912.

The bar is open to customers.
