On one occasion they took him to the sea-girt rock called Eileirig, and after diverting themselves with him for an hour or two took him home again. So he said himself. Campbell included the story with other Hebridean accounts of people carried through the air, including a Tiree man who woke on the Dun at Caolis, twelve miles from where he had fallen asleep at Kennavara hill, and a Lismore man who walked all night on a clear road and was found in the morning among rocks he could not have reached alone.
