The Falling Boulder at Scallisaig

Attributed to the 1600s; printed 1877

Mackenzie remarks that the prophecy is so definite there could be no mistake about its meaning or its fulfilment if the calamity ever happened. He placed it among the predictions that were still to come.

No later account of the stone falling has been found in the sources used here.
