The Mansfield and Ashfield Chad ran a 2020 Halloween gallery of Nottinghamshire's most haunted places. Entry two is The Ghost House, Oldcotes. The caption says that Roman soldiers, an Elizabethan woman with red hair, Victorian servants, phantom children and even a ghostly cat have been seen near the spooky landmark.
That is all the gallery gives.
It does not say which building the Ghost House is, who saw the figures, or when. Oldcotes is a village in Bassetlaw, close to the South Yorkshire border, and its Wikipedia entry does not mention a ghost house. I found no second source, so this is a single-report entry. The pin is on the village centre, not the house.
