This is a thin report, kept short on purpose. The Governor's Block is a later building in the castle complex, and the account is only that footsteps are heard from an upper room known to be empty. No witness, date or investigation is given. Castle-wide reports of footsteps and voices are also blamed on the Highland Ghost in some retellings, so this may not be a separate haunting at all.
