Hauntings

The Spectral Regulars of the Settle Inn

The Settle Inn, St Mary's Wynd, Stirling

Legend tied to the 1746 siege

The only source found for this is a brief mention in a CAMRA haunted pub guide, which says the inn has a selection of ghosts from Bonnie Prince Charlie's siege and calls their presence debatable. No figures, rooms or sightings are described.

The pub is a working public house, and the ghost claim is best treated as part of its atmosphere and marketing. It is included so the location is not missed, with a low confidence rating.
