Tempo is a village in the east of County Fermanagh. Wikipedia's entry for the village says Campbell's Bar is the oldest public house there and is known for its reported supernatural sightings. It adds that the Fermanagh News reported the bar as the most haunted place in Fermanagh in 1994.
That is all the detail available from the sources found. There is no account of what was seen, who saw it or when. I include it as a record of reputation, since a county newspaper naming a pub in this way is itself part of the local tradition, but not as a described haunting.
